Explanation: When you severely limit or cut out carbohydrates in your meals, after a few days, the body will be in a state of KETOSIS and when in this star, Ketones are released into the blood stream. (Ketones are small fragments of carbon) and this is because the body is now burning down fats instead of carbohydrates.

Fats is broken down and utilized by body. It is no longer being stored as it used to be when you had plenty carbohydrates in your system.
