Answer: C)

Explanation:

  • Fixed prices and costs are not changing over time and they are not depending on the level of services, stuff or goods that are increasing the business of the company. They are often time-related, in this case, every month. The company is paying one same amount of rent and that price is not changing during those months when it has to be paid.

Fixed costs are considering, for example, insurance, property taxes, rent, salaries and more.

The correct answer is D. Human-environment interaction

Explanation:

Human-environment interaction is a theme in geography that focuses on the relationship between human societies and the environment; this includes how humans modify their environment or adapt to it. Slash-and-burn agriculture is an example of this theme because this shows how humans modify their environment by cutting and burning extensive areas of trees that are later used for agriculture. Moreover, this practice is related to this theme because it shows humans depend on the environment to produce food and they have also adapted to grow crops.

TiliK225 [7]
1) In the 1920s, women were able to vote.

2) In WWI, as a large portion of men were drafted into the war , the women became the breadwinner and provided for their children, maintained the household, and worked. Initially, men were expected to do the hard labor in the middle class , but the war changed that.

Women had a stronger voice in both the household and representation.
