The correct answer is A)Allowed the president to use US to dramatically increase troops to Vietnam.

The Gulf of Tonkin Resolution was passed after the Golf of Tonkin incident. This incident saw North Vietnamese troops attacking US ships off the coast of Vietnam. This greatly expanded the power of the executive branch at this time and allowed the then president Lyndon B. Jonhson to increase the amount of soldiers and military support to South Vietnam.

During the Plessy vs Ferguson Case, Plessy felt the 14th Amendment had been violated.
Maslowich

Answer:

A) The 14th Amendment only involved voting rights, not the social rights of individuals

Explanation:

In May 1896, the Supreme Court issued a 7–1 decision against Plessy ruling that the Louisiana law did not violate the Fourteenth Amendment to the U.S. Constitution, stating that although the Fourteenth Amendment established the legal equality of white and black Americans, it did not and could not require the elimination of all social or other "distinctions based upon color"
