A is the correct answer

since EMTs are groups of health professionals  such as doctors, nurses, paramedics  that treat patients affected by an emergency or disaster. They come from governments, charities , militaries and international organizations. Moreover, among EMT¨s duties during and after an emergency medical situation may include:  Evaluating a patient , quickly determining a treatment plan , offering life support or first-aid to patients , relaying important medical information about patients to medical staff after transport  and ,specially, filling out reports about the treatment performed . For these reasons an EMT should be cautious about the use of abbreviations and acronyms.
