Which plating style has the plate divided in areas similar to a clock?
This would be the Clock Method. This plating requires chefs to think of a plate, and make the face of a clock.

According to wiki,”a tone is produced either by mixing a color with grey, or by both tinting and shading” so it’d probably be d but honestly cannot tell if that’s supposed to grey or blue
