Semen is alkaline because it contains basic amines like spermine, putrescine and cadaverine. It is as such because it counteracts the acidic environment of the vaginal canal to protect the sperm from denaturation. Fructose level is important because it provides energy to the sperm.

nataly862011 [7]
For meiosis, this is in anaphase I. For the separation of sister CHROMATIDS in mitosis, this is anaphase. Either way, the separation of two whole chromosomes or two chromatids within one whole chromosome takes place during anaphase. This occurs after metaphase and before telophase and cytokinesis.

oksian1 [2.3K]

Answer:

b. viruses do not undergo mitosis

Explanation:

One characteristics of non-living things is their ability to reproduce. Viruses on their own lack this ability to reproduce their kind. Mitosis is a form of reproduction where one cell divides to form two daughter cells. Viruses do not undergo mitosis.

Yuki888 [10]
It might be stated that his reliability might be compromised because he writes the story many years later and his memories may be skewed. he is the narrator and the protagonist of the story and it is written in first person so  he retells what he remembers from his life experience since he was a child.
