For instance,

The heart’s structure is muscular.
The muscles in the heart help make it easier for the heart to pump blood.

Another example is the human lungs.
They are built in a way where it is possible for organisms to inhale and exhale.
If they were solid and didn’t expand then we wouldn’t have had the proper ability to breathe.
