After eating, the intestine is filled with food that will be digested. Food that digested will turn into a much smaller unit of carbohydrate, amino acid and fatty acid that will cause the intestine to have hypertonic solution compared to the blood. This will induce diffusion of some molecule to the intestinal cell, and then to the blood.</span>
The causitive agent of the cohesion-tension model of xylem transport is transpiration. During the process of transpiration, water vapor is lost from the stomata of the leaf. To replace this water, water from adjacent cells is withdrawn. The water molecules stick together due to cohesion and are transported upwards through the stem in the form of a stream.<span />
Many of the organisms that had existed on the earth left no fossils because most of them can not meet the conditions that must be fulfilled before fossils can form. For fossils formation to occur, the organism soft tissue must decay leaving behind the hard part [majorly bone] in the sediment. Overtime, layers of sediment have to build up and pressed down on the buried remains. As time goes on, water and mineral seeped into the remains and form crystals.
