Animals don’t need to absorb sunlight in order to live. Only plants have chloroplasts to absorb the rays from the sun which is required for them to live and grow

It called the pancreas, bile, gallbladder, the pancreas helps make the juices in which it helps the body digest it's fats and proteins, the bile is a type of juice from the liver of the body and the bile helps absorb fats into the blood stream, the gallbladder is like a warehouse for bile, by which storing it until it's time that the body needs it. All of these help digest our food by working together and doing their parts to break down and digest our food.

3. After you chew it up and swallow it would but then after a while it won't digest, it will come back up which is acid reflux, because it would be hard to kinda chew and swallow while hanging upside down but it could still go down just it would cause acid reflux which means the food you ate comes back up your throat in a liquid and acid, which makes acid reflux.
