The best one to explain this is the Lord of the Flies. The book that are dystopian are dystopian because of the control. The fact that the people in control say that the world is  a certain view but force everyone else into that view. The books makes us very thatnkful of the freedom that we have.

I have read multiple  dystopian novel and seen a variety of dystopian films. Those forms of art had affected me and my perception of society in a multitude of ways, but the most important one was that our current society is dystopian in any sense.
