Answer:

The answer to your question is: # of times = 60.7

Step-by-step explanation:

data

7.4 billion people

each person occupied 13 inches

Earth circumference = 25000 miles

length of the lines = 13 in x 7.4 billion people

                               = 13 x 7 400 000 000

                              = 9.62 x 10 ¹⁰ in

Convert in to miles

                     1 mile  --------------- 63360 in

                     x mi     ---------------  9.62 x 10 ¹⁰  in

     x = 1518308.1 mi

Now divide, the line of people by the circumference

         # of times =  1518308.1 mi /  25000 mi = 60.7

How can you restrict the domain of the function f(x)=|x+4|-2 so the range of the inverse function f^-1(x),is [-4, )
wariber [46]

The range of the inverse has to match the domain of the original function. We want to have f^{-1}(x) map to [-4,\infty), so we restrict the domain of f(x) to this interval.
