D. Because sometimes there can be an underlying issue to one's behavior(s). It could be a multitude of things, anger issues, ASD spectrum, school, victim of bullying, etc. 
 
From personal experience, not with autism, but with other mental health disorder, everyone thought I was just 'acting out'. No, I was being over-stimulated and needed to change my environment.

Environmental preservation; health and safety; cultural, civic and religious practices and laws; resource availability and allocation; water sanitation, waste management; climate; air quality; history are all basic demographic education components in addition to numeric ‘how many’ sustainability. Whether taught at the K-6 , high school or graduate level, curriculum must be multidisciplinary to be meaningful.
