Answer:

The answer is remainder interest.

Explanation:

In law, the remainder is the interest that is transmitted to a person after an estate is ended. This occurs when the estate is expired or after the previous owner's death.

Two remainder interests exist: the vested remainer, in which the interest is transmitted to a specific person without prior conditions; and contingent, in which the future holder has not been indentified.

What role could juliet's deteriorating relationship with her parents have played in her death?
viva [34]
1. It made Juliet more disconnected from them. She felt as if her actions should have no ties would them and therefore felt as if she could do anything.

2. She became more rebellious. Her deteriorating relationship with her parents made her careless in how much her parents would cry and stress out if she was ever to disobey them or die.

3. It made her easier to kill herself. When she saw Romeo dead, she truly believed that he was the only one that cared enough about her. She did not give a second thought to all the loved ones she was leaving behind because she probably unconsciously thought they didn't care at all.
