multily second equation by 2
2x-6y=-6
add to first equation

2x-2x+7y-6y=10-6
y=4
subsitute
x-3(4)=-3
x-12=-3
add 12 to both sdies
x=9

                                      y = 4
                         -2x + 7(4) = 10
                           -2x + 28 = 10

                                    -2      -2
                                       x = 9
