Some students booed when the young actor stumbled on his lines. I was shocked that they would jeer someone who was obviously trying so hard. The principal immediately took the kids out of the auditorium. When the play was finished, we stood and clapped. We wanted to show that we were not rude enough to mock others. (Jeer is underlined)
