An icecube is made of 5 fluid ounces of water. About how many millilters of water does it take to make to the icecube. Round my
Dafna11 [192]

It takes 147.87 milliliter to make ice cube

<em><u>Solution:</u></em>

Given that ice cube is made of 5 fluid ounces of water

To find: milliliters of water to make to the ice cube

So we have to convert 5 ounce to milliliter

<em><u>Use the following conversion factor</u></em>

1 ounce = 29.5735 milliliter

Therefore,

5 ounce = 5 x 29.5735 milliliter

5 ounce = 147.8675 milliliter

On rounding to nearest hundred ( 2 decimal places ) , we get

5 ounce = 147.87 milliliter

Thus it takes 147.87 milliliter to make ice cube

Which two points should the line of best fit go through to best represent the data in the scatterplot?
Ilya [14]

Given :   A graph with points (1, 3), (2, 7), (3, 8), (4, 11), (5, 12), (6, 13).

To find :  From Which two points the line of best fit goes through

Solution:

(3, 8) &  (5, 12) will be two points

as then line  points will be

( 1 ,  4 ) , ( 2, 6) , ( 3 , 8 ) , ( 4, 10) , (5 . 12)  & ( 6 , 14)

(1, 3)   will be below ( 1 ,  4 )

(2 , 7) will be above ( 2 , 6)

( 3 , 8 ) will be on line

(4 , 11 ) will be above ( 4 , 10)

( 5 , 12  ) will be on line

( 6 , 13)  will be below ( 6 ,  14 )

(1, 3)  & ( 6 , 13)  two points are below line

(2 , 7) & (4 , 11 )  two points above line

Hence points are Equally scattered above  & below line

Hence (3, 8) &  (5, 12) will be two points on   line of best fit

Hope it helpss !!

Answer: Triangle: x = 40 Line: x = 10

Explanation:
All angles of a triangle adds up to 180. So x + 50 + 90 (the square box represents a 90° angle) = 180
Simplify: x + 140 = 180
So x = 40°

A straight line is 180°
so 7x+110=180
7x= 70
x=10

Reduced form of 2ab^2-a^2 b^2/5
Ket [755]

Answer:

2ab^2-\frac{a^2b^2}{5}=\frac{10ab^2-a^2b^2}{5}

Step-by-step explanation:

Given the expression

2ab^2-\frac{a^2b^2}{5}

\mathrm{Convert\:element\:to\:fraction}:\quad \:2ab^2=\frac{2ab^25}{5}

2ab^2-\frac{a^2b^2}{5}=\frac{2ab^2\cdot \:5}{5}-\frac{a^2b^2}{5}

\mathrm{Since\:the\:denominators\:are\:equal,\:combine\:the\:fractions}:\quad \frac{a}{c}\pm \frac{b}{c}=\frac{a\pm \:b}{c}

                 =\frac{2ab^2\cdot \:5-a^2b^2}{5}

                 =\frac{10ab^2-a^2b^2}{5}

Thus,

2ab^2-\frac{a^2b^2}{5}=\frac{10ab^2-a^2b^2}{5}
