Answer:

The correct answer is SENTENCE

Explanation:

<em>A sentence has meaning on its own and does not need another clause to complete the idea.</em>

<em />

<em>In the example provided, the sentence is complete since it has subject, verb and predicate.</em>

<em />

<em>A sentence fragment, on the other hand, is a fragment that cannot stand by itself, it misses something to finish an idea. A sentence fragment could be "a book for my birthday" since it does have meaning on its own.</em>

Answer:

It involved unusual divine intervention.

Explanation:

The president had uncertainty as he uttered the last words. He knew at one point he might die and leave this earth. In at least one hundred words, analyze how Hawthorne develops the theme of the pervasiveness of sin in “Young Goodman Brown.”
Monica [59]
I read a book that refers states that one of the character of sin is PERVASIVENESS OF SIN.

"<span>Sin is not in some places, sin is in all places; sin is not in some people, sin is in all people; sin is not a part of some actions, sin is a part of all actions; sin is not a problem some of the time, sin is a problem all of the time. Sin is pervasive."
</span>
In the story, The Young Goodman Brown, people whom the character thought of as good and pious were shown as not so good nor pious. The character saw these upstanding citizens in a gathering that reveres the devil. Goodman Brown even saw his wife in the conversion ceremony. After that event, even though Goodman Brown is not sure he only dreamt it or it really happened in real life, he never trusted anyone again to simply be good. All he saw is the evil lurking in each person's soul.

In "Street farmer", the author Elizabeth Royte develops the idea that Will Allen is a pioneer in the urban farming industry not only by enumerating all the work he does in the farm, but also by telling the reader of his teaching of it: "Today Allen is the go-to expert on urban farming, and there is a hunger for his knowledge. When I visited Growing Power, Allen was conducting a two-day workshop for 40 people: each paid $325 to learn worm composting, aquaponics construction and other farm skills."

She also tells the reader of the foundation awards he has received and about the five-year research he did about worm compost making in Milwaukee’s winter, "learning their food and shelter preferences. “I’d run my experiments over and over and over—just like an athlete operates.”"
