It can, because some people are ignorant and can’t take some opinions so they fight that its wrong.

you can absolutely think there’s too much of that, but there isn’t a set number of the correct amount of testing, so it can’t be a set fact that there is too much. someone a could also have the opinion that there’s too little testing.
To be respectful is to honor, obey, to be obedient... It could mean lots....
But to be respectful mainly means to respect someone for their position or status. Hope it helps. :)
