Leonardo da Vinci <em>was famous for his designs, art, cartography, geology, and studies. Leonardo's designs later helped us to invent things like the tank, parachute, helicopter and many other things. He was also a very talented artist. Most of his pictures and paintings are in art galleries and museums. One of his most known paintings is the Mona Lisa. He made many maps of many different places. He was also interested in geology. He studied many different things, including math, reading, and writing backwards. People think he wrote backwards because he didn't want to smear the ink, but others thought he didn't want people to steal his ideas. </em>

Everything West of the Mississippi River and all of Canada was given to the English/Americans. Spain got New Orleans and everything east of the Mississippi River. The English got Florida from Spain when they traded New Orleans and Florida in the Treaty
The battles between rebellious farmers and government militias alarmed many citizens of the young United States because the United States had so recently fought the Revolutionary War and was still recovering. Many of the soldiers fighting for the Regulators and the government militias had fought together during the Revolutionary War. The fact that the fighting occurred between different groups of US citizens was shocking and surprising.
