If the angles is 180 and there is 3 parts (3x+94) and (x+36) and (2x-4) what is x
DiKsa [7]
Hehe, I thought I'd get this one wrong, but x=10. Remember, that a straight angle must add up to 180 degrees. So I added all the angles; (3x+94)+(x+36)+(2x-4)=180. I took away the parentheses having 3x+94+x+36+2x-4=180. Remember from Algebra 1, to simplify terms, we add the polynomials. 94+36-4=126. 3x+x+2x= 6x. Our simplified equation is 120+6x=180. Now we can answer. 180-120=60. 60=6x. So therefore, for all x, x equals 10.

Please Hurry ...Which expression is equivalent to
swat32

Answer:

\huge\boxed{\sf \frac{160rs^5}{t^6}}

Step-by-step explanation:

\sf 5r^6t^4 ( \frac{4r^3s^tt^4}{2r^4st^6} ) ^5

Using rule of exponents \sf a^m/a^n = a^{m-n}

\sf 5r^6t^4 ( 2 r^{3-4} s^{2-1}t^{4-6})^5\\5r^6t^4(2r^{-1}st^{-2})^5\\5r^6t^4 * 32 r^{-5}s^5t^{-10}

Using rule of exponents \sf a^m*a^n = a^{m+n}

\sf 160 r^{6-5}s^5t^{4-10}

\sf 160 rs^5 t^{-6}

To equalize the negative sign, we'll move t to the denominator

\sf \frac{160rs^5}{t^6}

Find the distance between the points (<br> -<br> 10,12) and (15,12).
Nitella [24]
The distance formula is:

d= \sqrt{(x_1-x_2)^2+(y_1-y_2)^2}

We are given two points in the form (x,y), so plug in the values to the distance formula:

d= \sqrt{(-10-15)^2-(12-12)^2}

Next we can simplify. We know that 12-12 is 0, so we can drop it from the equation, as it will not affect our answer. Also, we know that -10-15 is -25:

d= \sqrt{(-25)^2}

The square and square root cancel each other out leaving us with 25.

The answer is 25.
