<h3>As we know that sum of three angles of triangle is 180º.</h3>

\blue\starwe have

angle \: a + angle \: b+ angle \: c= 180 \\

a + 45 + 90 = 180 \\ a = 180 - 135 \\ a = 45

<h3>\blue\star The angles a and c are equal so,</h3>
  • cb = ab. [ sides opp to equal angles are equal]

so x is also 16

<h3>\blue\starNow we have two side we can easily find the third side by P.G.T</h3>
  • {AC}^{2} = {BC}^{2} + {AB}^{2}
  • {AC}^{2} = {16}^{2} + {16}^{2}
  • {AC}= \sqrt{512}

<h3>so the r is root 512 and x is 16.</h3>

Hope it helpa

Do you think a graying population is a good or a bad thing for a region?
alekssr [168]
No, as more people exit the window of fertility (some of whom without children) their life begins to become more dependent on other people. At first it will be small things, but as people reach their 80s, care homes are usually the only place for them. An elderly population means that younger skilled workers are more likely to leave, as they are less inspired in an ageing economy, and they take their talent with them. It leads to population decline, negligence of many industries and almost would have to be supported by a governmental health program. This is why many view immigration as a good thing. As younger people from poorer countries are attracted to high salaries and freedoms, they produce children and begin to fill some of the gaps in birth rate. However, this ultimately leads to cultural dilution in the host country, which many (especially the old) don’t want.

Which of the following describes how a subsistence farmer uses land?
Gnoma [55]

Answer:

B. grows food and tends livestock to provide for a family

Explanation:

A subsistence farmer uses land in such a way that they only grow food and tends livestock to provide for a family.

They usually make use of crude tools such as basic gardening equipment to cultivate their portion.

  • Subsistence farming does not require many farming technicalities.
  • A farmer simply cultivates a piece of land and rare a limited number of animals for the need of himself and that of his family.
  • Farming activities are generally less complex.
  • It is not usually done for profit but to provide basic necessities for a small family.

So, a subsistence farmer uses the land to grow food and tend livestock to provide for a family.

According to the United Nations, the reduction of pollution and the dependency on fossil fuels will require
marshall27 [118]

Yes, we need the reduction of pollution and the dependency on fossil fuels because of some reasons:

As we know we cannot continue burning gas, coal, oil if we are going to avoid the bad impacts of the climate crisis. We need to take typical action in the next decade to completely phase out fossil fuel production and transition our economy to 100% pure renewable energy.

Another reason is burning fossil fuels also produces localized air pollutants - such as soot(fine particulate matter, or pm2.5) and smog that increase the risk of death from lung cancer, heart disease, and respiratory illness among those exposed.
