Answer:

The result of the watergate scandal was the resignation of President Richard Nixon.

Explanation:

The Watergate case was the political scandal that led to the resignation of President Nixon. Watergate is the name of the complex that functions as the headquarters of the Democrat party. The case began with the arrest of five men, who were caught installing spy equipment and photographing documents at Democrat headquarters. The arrest came during the election campaign that brought Richard Nixon, of the Republican party, to power.

Bob Woodward and Carl Bernstein of the Washington Post investigated the case and began to see connections between the Watergate case and the White House. Woodward and Bernstein discovered the name of one of the men on the payroll of the committee working on the president's election. They also found that another detainee had received a $ 25,000 deposit. Reporters revealed in a series of stories that Nixon used undeclared money to spy on opponents and gain trumps for his campaign.

elena-s [515]

The correct answer is A) it could put pressure on the parents to support World War 1.

The image had been useful for boys and girls in the early1900s in that it could put pressure on the parents to support World War 1.

The United States government declared war on Germany on April 6, 1917, entering World War 1. The U.S. government needed money for the troops, weaponry, and supplies needed for the war. So one of the best ways to get the money was convincing the citizens to give money for the war effort. The way to do it: government bonds. The method to convince them: propaganda. So President Wilson used this kind of propaganda using kids to influence parents to buy bonds and help with the war effort.

Afghanistan is considered more Central Asian or South Asian

Why?
Luden [163]
Because of simple ignorance. Almost no Afghans consider themselves “South Asian” in real life. The truth is that words such as “Middle Eastern,” “South Asian,” “Central Asian,” etc. are just words Western explorers who never set foot in half of these countries assigned to them. They probably just assumed that all of the “stan” countries would be similar and called it a day. Afghanistan is an Eastern Iranic country that sits on the Iranian Plateau. There is nothing South Asian about it at all.
