<em>Samuel's Memory </em>is a story that is told from the perspective of Samuel Cloud. Samuel Cloud is a young boy who turned 9 years old on the Trail of Tears. This story is told by Cloud's great-great grandson who is a member of the Cherokee Nation of Oklahoma, Michael Rutledge.
