As i have been in management, and other leadership roles in the past, I think that a task-oriented behavior and people oriented behavior are key factore. if a person in a leadership roll can not be complete taks in a timely manner, how is it they would expect the same from others. the respect of a leadership roll is earned through these actions. as a leader, you will have to deal with many people on daily basis. in our culture today, people have very diverse beliefs, and convictions, the abscence of people skills, would make in nearly impossicble to lead effectively. In conclusion yes, the absence of these two behaviors would nuetralize a person in a leadership roll.

ankoles [38]

Answer:

There is no short answer.

Explanation:

Both implicit and explicit memories belong to the long term memory part of our brains. The main difference between the two is that implicit memories are subconscious and hard to forget even with the abscence of recollection which explicit memories are not. They are forgotten if they are not actively recalled and used. Implicit memories can be basic tasks or information like where each room is in your house. Explicit memories can be anything that you learn in school or something like the birthday of your best friend or your phone number etc.
