Micturition, part of the urinary process, is where the urine flows from the ureter to the urethra for excretion. This process is done because of the smooth muscles that are present in the vessels of the urethra from the bladder.
Don’t eat to much junk food and if you want to lose some weight these foods will help > eggs, avocado, fruit, oatmeal, vegetables. Drink lots and lots of water. If your not young work out 5x a week but if you are young I’d suggest 3x a week
