The best way to find the main idea is to read the text and look for repeating phrases. try to look at context clues too. most of the time the topic has been backed up so look for things that support one key point. the title and first paragraph will probably help you the most

Answer:

It is okay to lie to your enemies.

Explanation:

Icarus and Daedalus are both figures from Greek mythology. Daedalus was a remarkable Athenian craftsman who created the Labyrinth for King Minos of Crete to imprison the Minotaur. However, Daedalus ends up imprisoned in the Labyrinth with his son, Icarus. A part of their escape plan were the wings Daedalus made from feathers and wax. He hid these wings from the king and managed to escape. These events suggest that it's alright to lie to your enemies. That is the only way you could possibly escape from them.

However, the ending of the myth isn't a fortunate one. Icarus flew too close to the sun despite his father's warnings, causing the wax in his wings to melt off, and fell into the sea, where he drowned.

Amanda [17]

I'm thinking that "riding to their deaths" could mean two different things.

1. A simile, Riding to their deaths can mean riding for a long time.

2. Literally, Riding to their deaths can also mean that they are going to get into trouble from something ahead.

How can a team have healthy conflict?
Nadya [2.5K]

A team can have a healthy conflict if the conflict is solved in a healthy way. When a team openly communicates, addresses the conflict directly, and works together to solve the issue instead of arguing, then the problem and solution can be deemed as healthy. I hope I answered the question! :D
