15.50 x 20 = $310

31 x 8 = $248

310 + 248 = $558

Her total pay for the week is $558.

She works 25 hours a week and earns 15 dollars each hour, so she earns 25 x 15 dollars a week, which is 375 dollars, since her regular hours are weekday hours, which are not on sunday.

If she works an additional 8 hours on Sunday, however, she will make double pay, so she will earn 30 dollars an hour. 30 x 8 = 240.

240 + 375 = 615 dollars.

The answer is 615.

Hope this helps.

Need help with this problem
alexandr1967 [171]

Answer:

x = 10

Step-by-step explanation:

Since the triangles are similar the ratios of corresponding sides are equal

\frac{20}{20+8} = \frac{3x}{4x+2}, that is

\frac{20}{28} = \frac{3x}{4x+2} ( cross- multiply )

20(4x + 2) = 84x

80x + 40 = 84x ( subtract 80x from both sides )

40 = 4x ( divide both sides by 4 )

x = 10

Convert Y = -7/2x-11 to Standard Form
monitta

Answer:

7x + 2y = -22

Step-by-step explanation:

Standard form looks like Ax + By = C.

Start with Y = -7/2x-11.  Better to write that as Y = (-7/2)x - 11 to emphasize that the coefficient of x is the fraction -7/2.

Move the (-7/2)x term to the left:

(7/2)x + y = -11

Multiply all terms by 2 to eliminate the fractions:

7x + 2y = -22 (answer)
