Basically, aerobic respiration does not happen in plants. This only happens in animals and humans, in which oxygen is taken in. Aerobic means "involving oxygen". Photosynthesis, on the other hand, only happens in plants and does not take in oxygen. It releases oxygen during its light-dependent reactions.

During aerobic respiration, CO2 and Water is released. Photosynthesis essentially is the opposite of aerobic respiration in terms of the chemical formula.

Photosynthesis doesn't require oxygen, it only releases it. aerobic respiration needs oxygen to work.
