Answer:

Dehydration occurs during microwave cooking because polar molecules in the food are induced to rotate and produce thermal energy.

Explanation:

Microwave cooking forces polar molecules to rotate and produce heat in a process known as dielectric heating. This includes water molecules that are present in food, (e.g. vegetables, meat, bread) and the result of this vaporization is dehydration.

The vapors are generated in the interior of food materials due to volumetric heating and these vapors are forced to move outside.

I hope it helps!

Dehydration happens when cooking using microwaves because these waves hit the waer molecules which would cause them to excite or to move rapidly and in return dissipte heat due to this rapid motions. As heat is added, water would start to vaporize until the object is dehydrated.

Answer:

Incomplete dominance

Explanation:

Incomplete dominance is a condition observed in the organisms while studying their genetics.

When the organisms with two alleles for the same trait are crossed, then neither of the two alleles completely express themselves but a new variation of the trait is formed.

This can be observed in the given scenario also when the ed and white flowers are crossed, then the pink flowers (a new variation of the trait) is formed called blended trait.

Thus, incomplete dominance is correct.
