External Influences are family, friends and environment.
Note: Intrinsic motivation is different to motivation but it could be beneficial e.g. exercise, you view it as horrible so you will get no where but if you view it as healthy and good for you and your reward is weight loss (or a protein drink or whatever) you will be motivated to do it.
Basketball is very rough and I know because I have played for 7 years. We should have more protection on our legs and maybe our arms because we do fall a lot and have to defend which gets very physical. I mean some do where knew guards but I think it should be a requirement

when scaffolding, you build upon previous knowledge, supporting the one learning. Option B does it for the child, Option C doesn't offer instruction and Option D never works - rushing doesn't make anything better.
