there are many ways to lose some of people's chubby belly

like,

  1. eat plenty of soluble fiber
  2. avoid foods that contain trans fats, sweets, etc.
  3. don't eat a lot of sugary foods
  4. do aerobic exercise (cardio)
  5. perform resistance training (lift weights)
