Answer:

Either one! If it is a long-term goal, it is to most likely have an effect on you for most of your life example: buying a house, going to college, etc.

A short term goal is something you could reach in just a few months and it will probably not have the same effect as the long term ones are, however some do. Example: changing your diet, eat healthier, etc.

Answer:

Goals that can happen quickly are called short-term goals. Goals that take a long time to achieve are called long-term goals. A short-term goal is something you want to accomplish soon. A long-term goal is a goal you can achieve in 12 months or more.

Draw line segment AB. Describe in your own words how you would construct a perpendicular bisector to segment AB.
Oduvanchick [21]
To construct a perpendicular bisector of a line secment AB. Place a compass at the center of line AB and make an arc at both ends of line AB. Place the compass at each of the arcs you made at both ends of AB and make a mark above and below line AB. Join the points of intersection of both arcs above and both arcs below line AB. That is the perpendicular bisector of line AB.

If f(x)=x+1, find f(x+10).
elixir [45]

Answer:

x + 11

Step-by-step explanation:

Substitution!

Since you're trying to find f(x+10), you would replace each x in the equation (in this case only one) with x+10.

So instead of

x+1

it would be

(x+10)+1 = x + 10 + 1 = x + 11
