They would know the grounds better and have a better advantage.
Several reasons.
Saw this crusade as a blessing from God.
Christians would stop fighting themselves.
Christians that would fight would go to heaven or be right with God.
To take back the holy lands, from the Muslims would be a righteous cause.
Importantly, the Preamble declares who is enacting this Constitution—the people of “the United States.” The document is the collective enactment of all U.S. citizens. The Constitution is “owned” (so to speak) by the people, not by the government or any branch thereof.
