Answer:Selective perception

Explanation:

Selective perception refers to how we selective perceive things when we find ourselves paying attention to only the information that appeals to us and ignore that which doesn't.

We tend to perceptual block whatever information that goes against our belief or attitudes.

In a world that is full of many things we need to pay attention to, it is very likely that we will zoom in to only those that matters to us or only those that we are interested in and block those that we have no interest in.

Malaya is most likely interested in interior design such that when she gets into a room, features of that room will capture her interest whereas Juan is most likely not interested in any of that stuff in a way that even when she enters the room she blocks the attention to how the room looks like.

Their interest are not the same which result into how they differently select what they perceive.

LiRa [457]

Answer: The president has made the right decision, since the incremental revenue is greater than the processing cost of boxed assorted chocolate.

Explanation:

The question is lacking some information about sales revenue,it is not complete since it is said in the question that boxed assorted chocolate has high sales value and that $10,300 cost of processing cocoa beans eat up most of the cocoa powder profits.

Using the concept of incremental analysis, As a general rule, if the incremental revenue are greater than the incremental processing cost.cocoalicious should process further. Since the incremental revenue of boxed assorted chocolate is greater than the processing cost which would result into higher incremental income for the boxed assorted chocolate. Therefore, the president has made the right decision.

Write a 10 to 15 sentence paragraph describing how your gender may be the reason for the kind of social person you are today. Hi
Naddika [18.5K]

Answer:

As someone who is male, my actions are that of a male and expected of a male. While we live in a gender equal world, there are still gender-roles that we need to fulfill. That means despite being gender-equal, many women still expect me to become a gentleman. And I do it not because I am compelled by gender expectations but because I believe it is the right thing to do. Abiding by what is good and proper has brought me several benefits including being promoted at work. My upbringing as a male person as well has shaped how I behave today. I was told to respect women and other people by my parents, hence that is what I do right now. When someone else, a man or a woman is in need of help, I try to help them the best way I can. But of course, it is not always smooth sailing. There are also hindrances, for example in job placements. There are jobs where only women are allowed. This puts me at a disadvantage because I cannot apply for those jobs, despite me being qualified for them. But either way, whatever happens, I think what is important is mutual respect. Whatever our gender orientations are, if we have respect for each other, then the world will be a better place. Our socials skills need not be defined by our gender roles. So being male, or female should not matter, we are all humans.

I hope it will help you
