He sears tower in chicago is 1454 feet tall. calculate its height in meters.
melomori [17]
The Sears Tower is about 443.2 meters tall. To convert from feet to meters, simply multiply by 0.3048. So 1454 * 0.3048 = 443.1792 meters. Since we only have 4 significant figures, the result should also be rounded to 4 significant figures, so we get 443.2 meters.

Suppose that an experiment is repeated four times. A certain event has probability 1/10 in a single repetition of the experiment
Mazyrski [523]
Best thing you can do in order to answer all of this is to use the Bernoulli trials. You can look for it and see if the answers I'm giving you are correct:
Probability of occurring 4 times = (1/10)^4
Probability of never occurring = (9/10)^4
Probability that it occurs at least once = 1 - (9/10)^4
Probability that it occurs in the fourth trial only = (9/10)^3 * 1/10
I think this is going to be very helpful

Which ordered pairs are on the line with equation y−0.75=1.25(x−3)?
Sergeeva-Olga [200]
The answer is Option D. (4,2)

in this type of question , you just need to input the (x,y) , and see if the amount is correct

y - 0.75   = 1.25 (x-3)

2 - 0.75  = 1.25 ( 4 - 3)

1.25       =    1.25 (1)

1.25       =    1.25

hope this helps
