The correlation coefficient actually decreases as the range is constrained, which is a strange phenomena. as an illustration The connection between waist measurement and BMI was found to be quite strong (r = 0.85) in a study of diabetes patients.

For various narrow ranges, the correlation, however, varied. The association coefficient was 0.86 when the BMI range was limited to those over 35. Almost little association was found for BMIs between 30 and 35. (-0.09). However, the correlation coefficient tended to decrease over time over constrained ranges.

The education for the black American children during the 19th century is irregular and inconstant.  They are facing difficulties like the development of school staffs was not accepted by the white which is alarming to the population.  The mandatory acceptance was forcefully opposed that exhibited their bitterness by burning schools and intimidates the missionary teachers. African Americans were forcefully taxed for the construction and maintenance of a system of public schools for their children.  The black and whites were separated in terms of education.
