<span>The story is about the struggle life of an African-American worker and his son. The son wonders about his different skin color. Because of that, the father explains the different to him and tell him not to listen to other people when they talk about his skin through the story. The message of “The Black Ball” is skin color doesn’t make a different and everybody deserve an equally life.</span>
