Why is it easier for a dictatorship to go to war versus a democratic country

In a dictatorship only one person decides, the dictator (or, in a military dictatorship: the few people in power).

In a democratic country, a number of people needs to agree to this decision: actually the whole country through the representatives (if they don't agree with the decisions of the representatives, they won't choose them again).

And it's easier for one person, the dictator to decide on the war (especially as he will be well protected from harm) than for the whole country, especially since during the war the poorest suffer the most.

maks197457 [2]

Answer:

We can get society to see the dangers of our hazardous inventions that would be uncontrollable once left to the environment by carrying out and recording the results of controlled experiments using miniature specimens of the hazardous inventions.

Explanation:

 • It is crucial that we realize that some inventions made by humans can prove fatal for the entire mankind if they go out of control or fall into wrong hands.
 • In order to make the governments of various nations stop sponsoring such developments and put restrictions on the developments being done by others, it is necessary to pose a popular outcry by majority populations supporting it.
