The game theory explains the altruistic behavior of people. According to this theory, people help others only when they know they can get benefit from it. They start to rationalize that, the person whom he is helping is much capable to return something.  

The game theory is the best way to recognize people. Through this theory, people rationalize the behavior of people. They rationalize that the behavior is proper/ rational or not for others.

The altruism is is the behavior that acts according to the self-interest of people. The game theory is the theory that put the altruism in the frame of self-interest.

The power that a court has to make a decision regarding the party being sued in a case is personal  jurisdiction.

There are generally five types of jurisdiction: Subject matter jurisdiction, personal jurisdiction, general and limited jurisdiction, exclusive / concurrent jurisdiction, territorial jurisdiction.

The difference between personal and subject jurisdiction is that personal jurisdiction is a requirement that a given court have power over the defendant, based on minimum contacts with the forum while subject jurisdiction is the requirement that a given court have power to hear the specific kind of claim that is brought to that court.

The stages of development within the groups were described by Bruce Tuckman in the year of 1965. The groups must go throught these phases to reach their maximum effectiveness.

Stagew one is forming. At this stage the acceptance of the individual within the group is important. Focus will be on the fulfillment of common objectives and also on individual tasks. People know each other.

Stage two is storming, within which the group remains cordial but minimal confrontations will appear. To move on to the netx phase you must learn to handle conflicts.

Stage three is norming, individuals feel part of the group.

Performing is the final stahe where the group maintains a stage of independence and flexibility. They work together and trust them. In the latter the group has the greatest possible cohesion due to all the work done previously.
