aleksandrvk [35]

Methionine-methionine leucinelysine that a mutation in the DNA occurs so that the fourth base (counting from the 5' end) of the messenger RNA.

mRNA codons are read from 5' to 3' , and they specify the order of amino acids in a protein from N-terminus (methionine) to C-terminus. The mRNA sequence is: 5'-AUGAUCUCGUAA-5'

Ciodons which is broke the sequence into a series of three-nucleotide units. There are three-letter nature of codons that the four nucleotide found in mRNA such as  A, U, G, and C  all these can produce a total of 64 different combinations. The sequence of the tRNA anti-codon is 3'-UGC-5' and the tRNA will carry the amino acid which is the encoded by the codon.

Explain incomplete dominance, using snapdragon flowers as an example
Zielflug [23.3K]

Answer:

Incomplete dominance is a type of interaction takes between two different alleles of a gene in which one allele can not express itself completely over the other allele.

It results in the production of third phenotype which is usually the intermediate of the two parental traits.

For example, when plant bearing red colored (dominant trait) snapdragon flower is crossed with the plant having white (recessive trait) flowers, it resulted in the production of the plants with pink flowers (intermediate of red and white).

When pink flowered plants were crossed they resulted in the production of plants with three types of phenotype.

The genotype and phenotype ratio were same: 1 (RR, red) : 2 (Rr, pink) : 1 (rr, white).

The amphibians, reptiles, and mammals comprise which group?
slava [35]
I believe they comprise  a group called tetrapods . Tetrapod are organisms whose evolution began about 400 million years ago in the Devonian period with the earliest tetrapods evolving from lobe-finned fishes. They are categorized as a biological super class Tetrapoda. which includes all living things and extinct amphibians, reptiles, birds and mammals.
