The amount will be 26%

26% of the DNA molecule will be adenine because, cytosine is always paired with guanine. Because of this, there will be equal parts of cytosine and guanine. In total, 48% of the DNA molecule will be either cytosine or guanine. If 48% of the molecule is cytosine or guanine, then 52% of it will be either adenine or thymine (which are also only ever paired with each other). Therefore, you divide 52 in half - because there will be equal parts of adenine and thymine - and get 26% of each.

List and describe three factors that affect how quickly enzymes can work to catalyze reactions
Lilit [14]

Answer:

The correct answer is - temperature, pH, substrate concentration.

Explanation:

Various factors affect the rate of enzymatic reaction such as pH, temperature, substrate concentration, availability of activators or inhibitors in the reactions, and enzyme concentration.

Temperature: Temperature affects the rate of the enzyme-catalyzed reactions. Like most of the reactions with an increase in temperature rate of enzymatic reaction also rises up to a maximum level and then declines if the temperature continues to increase as enzyme denatures after a particular temperature.

pH: Similar to the temperature pH also increases the rate of reaction up to a maximum level and then declines the rate as every enzyme acts only at an optimum pH range.

Substrate concentration: If the substrate concentration is increased gradually while the concentration enzyme remains constant, the rate of reaction will increase until it reaches a maximum.

The body makes its own supply of this lipid, which has a ring structure and is part of every cell membrane.
aksik [14]

If the statement is asking whether it is true or false, the answer is true. The body can make its own lipid because of the food that we eat and also because it is found in the body where it is located in the tissues and the cells. It does compose of ring structure as it has multiple rings which are considered essential and the lipids are considered to be a part of a cell membrane.

When comparing animal to plant cells, they are different in size, shape, and how they store energy. They have similarities, as w
fgiga [73]

Answer:

ribosome, cell membrane, nucleus

Explanation:

The organelles that perform similar functions in both plant and animal cells among the listed organelles would be the ribosome, the cell membrane, and the nucleus.

First of all, chloroplast and cell wall are limited to the plant cell only. Animal cells do not have these organelles.

The ribosome functions as the site of protein synthesis in both plant and animal cells. The cell membrane acts as a channel for the control of the movement of materials in and out of the cells and is found in both plant and animal cells. The nucleus is also present in both cells and serves as the control unit of the cell by housing the genetic materials and dictating how the cells will behave.
