Answer:

Increase in  income= 2,000

Explanation:

Giving the following information:

Unit cost behavior, based on 10,000 units: Direct materials $ 4 Direct labor 10 Variable overhead 8 Fixed overhead 6. A foreign company wants to purchase 2,000 units at a special unit price of $25. Also, a special stamping machine will have to be purchased for $4,000.

Because it is a special offer from a foreign company and assuming that there is unused capacity, we will not have into account the previous fixed costs.

Unitary costs= 4 + 10 + 8= 22

Fixed cost= 4000

Sales= 2000*25= 50,000

Variable cost= 22*2000= 44,000

Fixed cost= 4,000

Net operating income= 2,000

When planning an effective presentation you must consider ease of demonstration, detailed to the point of the presentation and the length. When presenting a new way of doing something or a topic, it is important to make sure you are demonstrating the new process and going over details in a way your audience can understand without actually performing the task. The details that are being talked about regarding the topic should also be carefully planned out to stay on track. The last part of the presentation is the length. The length of a presentation needs to be long enough where the important information is given but not too long where people lose interest and stop focusing on what is being talked about.

The rent for 2-bedroom apartments in Detroit has fallen from an average of $796 in September 2014 to $717 in March 2015
Daniel [21]

Answer:

Disagree

Explanation:

The decrease in the demand for the apartments caused the decrease in the rent price, not vice versa. When the quantity demanded of a product decreases, the equilibrium price will also decrease.

This situation was probably the result of a leftward shift in the demand curve which resulted in a decrease of both the quantity demanded and the rental price. In my opinion, this shift was probably due to a decrease in the income of people demanding rental apartments. Detroit's largest industry is the car industry, and American car manufacturers are not doing very well lately.

makkiz [27]

Answer:

The answer is: net economic loss = -$750

Explanation:

To determine the economic gain or loss of this investor we can use the following formula:

economic loss = {[(current stock price - future stock price) x number of stocks] + [(future stock price - strike value) x number of stocks]} - cost of call option

economic loss = {[($45 - $54) x 100] + [($54 - $50) x 100]} - $250 =

economic loss = [(-$9 x 100) + ($4 x 100)] - $250 = (-$900 + $400) - $250

economic loss = -$500 - $250 = -$750
