I believe the answer is: Relationship strategy

The relationship strategy is developed in order to maximize the chance that non of the parties in relationship shall obtain the short end of the straw. In order to do this, making sure things such as  all parties involved ended up in win-win situation and controlling ego to make compromise are extremely important.
