Answer:

The correct answer will be-

1. Light waves- beam of electrons used in electron microscope.

2. lenses- magnetic lenses of electron microscope.

3. Viewer's eye- image of electron microscope.

4. light source- electron gun of electron microscope.

Explanation:

The microscope is the optical instrument to see the microscopic objects clearly in an enlarged view.  The most common microscopes are light and electron microscope.

These two microscopes can be compared easily as they have differences: the light waves are used in the light microscope to illuminate the objects which are the electron beam in the electron microscope which comes from the electron shotgun.

The light microscope uses lenses made of glass to see objects whereas the electron microscope uses magnetic lenses to magnify the images.

Based on the I information in the graph, which region is expected to have the greatest increase in its population over the perio
suter [353]

the answer is africa

Explanation:

The maximum increase in the population can be seen in case of Africa.

In the year 2010 the change is approximately 1000 as the population changed from the 1000 to 2000 during this year.

The graph seems to give a curve same like that of projectile motion. The graph shows the Africa to have increase in its population over a period of time.

How does alternative rna splicing affect gene expression?
Elis [28]
RNA splicing was first discovered in 1970s in viruses and subsequently in eukaryotes.  Not long after, scientists discovered alternative patterns of pre-mRNA splicing that produced different mature mRNAs containing various combinations of exons from a single precursor mRNA. The first example of alternative splicing of a cellular gene in eukaryotes was identified in the IgM gene, a member of the immunoglobulin superfamily. Alternative splicing (AS) therefore is a process by which exons or portions of exons or noncoding regions within a pre-mRNA transcript are differentially joined or skipped, resulting in multiple protein isoforms being encoded by a single gene. This mechanism increases the informational diversity and functional capacity of a gene during post-transcriptional processing and provides an opportunity for gene regulation
