However, face-to-face team members have an advantage over other types of teams that is important to consider. When working face-to-face, we are able to access a wide range of nonverbal cues. This makes it a lot easier to tell whether someone is sad, angry, displeased, frustrated, etc. This information is a lot more difficult to obtain through other means of communication.
I think the most important element of a story is the plot. To me the plot is what makes the story intriguing and fun to read. Without a plot I would personally find the story boring and wouldn’t want to read it.
