I never read the book BUT I do know the types of figurative language if that’ll help.

Similes: a comparison using like/as.

For example: she is as innocent as an angel.

Metaphor: a comparison of things that are not alike normally.

For example: the black sheep, if you have cold feet, etc.

Hyperbole: an extreme exaggeration

For example: I’m so hungry I could eat a horse!

Which of the following is not a reason to create an outline for a paper?
Sloan [31]

Answer:

An outline allows a writer to categorize the main points, to organize the paragraphs into an order that makes sense, and to make sure that each paragraph/idea can be fully developed. Essentially, an outline helps prevent a writer from getting stuck when performing the actual writing of the essay.

Why is the novel called the absolutely true diary of a part-time Indian?
STALIN [3.7K]

Answer:

The "absolutely true diary" portion of the title is appropriate because the novel is presented like a diary, including some of Junior's drawings. The title is also a little funny because this is a work of fiction — therefore, not entirely true — based on Alexie's own life.

If your research topic is too broad, you must _____ it.
Bezzdna [24]
My best guess for this question is to find good topic to talk about, and if your topic is too broad it may be hard to find information. So if your topic is too broad you have to do a lot of research, and find information that you thought made sense.
