I believe my experience with food insecurity impacts my education since there's this constant thinking how small portions I eat. Or if I over-eat there's this constantly ability that affects me. Overall insecurity affects my mindset. I believe that such things as mental insecurity can affect your education since it may cause a constant thoughts into your brain leading up to a distraction on that constant thought. Overall having a insecurity can lead up to you becoming a different person as well as mabe becoming not soical anymore which if your graded for participation it may affect your participation grade.
Begin a whole foods diet to show how it makes a difference in energy levels and vital signs. By eating better your personal health should be better too, and you body will thank you for it.
You can reduce stress with therapy and the relaxation of the brain and the part of the brain that stimulates the feeling of stress.
