n=12

5/6n= 10

multiply both sides by 6.

5/6(6) n= 10(6)

5n=60

divide both sides by five and then you get 12.

The function h(t)=−16t(t−7) models the height of an object at any time t after it is launched, where t is measured in seconds. A
Kipish [7]

Answer:

2.65secs

Step-by-step explanation:

Give:

The function h(t)=−16t(t−7) models

the object will hit the ground at h= 0

h(t)=−16t(t−7)

0= -16t(t−7)

0= -16t^2 + 112

16t^2 = 112

t^2 = 7

t= √7

t=2.65secs

Hence, the object object hit the ground at 2.65secs

A vase in the shape of an oblique cylinder has the dimensions shown. What is the volume of the vase?
fenix001 [56]

The image is missing so i have attached it.

Answer:

Volume = 1.5 litres

Step-by-step explanation:

Using pythagoras theorem, we can get the height (h) of the cylinder

14² + h² = 17²

h² = 289 - 196

h = √93

Now, volume of a cylinder is;

V = πr²h

In the image, r = diameter/2 = 14/2 = 7cm

Thus,

V = π × 7² × √93

V = 1485 cm³

Now, 1 litre = 1000 cm³

Thus, volume = 1485/1000 = 1.485 litres ≈ 1.5 litres

mixas84 [53]
Hi! To caculate this problem you want to do 29.8 divided by 4. Since there is a 29.8 foot rope and they are wanting to cut it into 4, you need to divide. It will end up dividing into a decimal but will not repeat!

Hope this works! If not please comment what else you are looking for!
