Answer:

"Perfect square trinomials" are quadratics which are the results of squaring binomials. (Remember that "trinomial" means "three-term polynomial".)

For instance:

(x + 3)2

= (x + 3)(x + 3)

= x2 + 6x + 9

...so x2 + 6x + 9 is a perfect square trinomial.

Given the following f(x) = 3x² + 7x³ + 8x^4; g(x) = -3x + 12x² - 5x³; and h(x) = 12x +
never [62]

The value of the function (f.h)(x) is 96x⁵ + 132x⁴ + 78x³ + 18x²

<h3>How to solve function?</h3>

f(x) = 3x² + 4x³ + 8x⁴

g(x) = -3x + 12x² - 5x³

h(x) = 12x + 6

Therefore,

(f.h)(x) = f(x).h(x)

Hence,

f(x).h(x) = (3x² + 7x³ + 8x⁴)(12x + 6)

f(x).h(x) = 36x³ + 18x² + 84x⁴ + 42x³ + 96x⁵ + 48x⁴

(f.h)(x) = 96x⁵ + 84x⁴ + 48x⁴ +  36x³ + 42x³ + 18x²

(f.h)(x) =  96x⁵ + 132x⁴ + 78x³ + 18x²

Angel has finished 75% of an art project that has taken
oksano4ka [1.4K]

Answer: 12 hours

Step-by-step explanation: For this problem we will write a percent equation to solve for 100% and how many total hours it will take angel to finish the entire project.

Lets write a equation to solve for w, total amount of hours.

9/w = 75/100

9/w x w = 75/100 x w

9 = 75w/100

9 x 100/75 = 75w/100 x 100/75

w = 12

So, it will take Angel 12 hours to finish his entire project.

Plot the data for the functions ƒ(x) and g(x) on a grid. x -2 -1 0 1 2 ƒ(x) 1 4 16 x -1 0 1 2 3 g(x) 3 4 5 6 7 b. Identify each
lions [1.4K]
Part A:

The plot for the function f(x) and g(x) is attached. The purple curve represents f(x) and the black line represents g(x).

Part B:

The graph of f(x) shows that f(x) is an exponential function.
The graph of g(x) shows that g(x) is a linear function.

Part C:

As x increases from left to right, the function f(x) increases very rapidly.
As x increases from left to right, the function f(x) increases at a constant rate.

Part D:

From the graph it can be seen than the valus of x for which the values of the function are equal are: x = -4 and x = 1.19.
