     Developments in information and communication technology have changed our way of life, whether it is at home, at work, or at school. The internet and the development of digital technology (phones,computers,just wi-fi in general), have made the most significant impact in the field of information and communication technology in the past decade. The internet is essentially a network of computers across the world which is linked through global sources.
     Through the years trade has became bigger than ever, weather it's Ebay, or Amazon It could come from China to the USA within a day or two. Communication has changed too, from big box telephones to Iphone's which can be brought anywhere and used whenever.

In 1919, the U.S. Supreme Court </span>solidly declared through Schenck vs. United States that the act did not disregard the freedom of speech of those sentenced under its provisions. The case of Charles Schenck who was the general secretary of the Executive Committee of the Socialist Party who distributed leaflets exhorting men not to obey the draft because they considered involuntary servitude.  Schenck and a fellow named were convicted because the court defended the decision because the situation during times of war require stricter measures compared to times of peace of the presence of dangerous forces.</span>
